Texas Tech Bag Policy
United Supermarkets Arena, located in Lubbock, Texas, is the energetic center for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. For most events, including Texas Tech Athletic Events, TTU Commencement, concerts, and other ticketed occasions, the United Supermarkets Arena bag policy is in effect. The policy governs the size and style of bags that fans can carry into the venue.
Clear Bag Requirements at United Supermarkets Arena
Central to the United Supermarkets Arena bag policy is the emphasis on clear bags. Guests can bring in a clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Additionally, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, akin to a Ziploc bag, is also acceptable.
United Supermarkets Arena Purse Policy
The United Supermarkets Arena bag policy permits small clutch bags as well. These bags can be the size of a hand and may be taken into the venue with or without a handle or strap. The clutch bag can be carried in addition to one of the acceptable clear plastic bags.
Restricted Items and Exceptions at United Supermarkets Arena
While the United Supermarkets Arena bag policy stipulates certain allowances, it also has a list of prohibited items. This list includes but isn't limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, non-approved seat cushions or seatbacks, computer bags, diaper bags, binocular cases, and camera bags.
However, the policy does recognize exceptions, especially for medically necessary items. Such items can be brought in after proper inspection.
